The founding eight member entities are:
Starting July 2009, CACAARI is dynamically extending its membership from the initial leaders of National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS) to research institutions, educational institutions, extension, farmer and non-governmental organizations, as well as private sector and state decision-making bodies.
The new members will be approved at the Annual Steering Committee Meeting of CACAARI in Tbilisi, Georgia on September 15, 2009. The following organizations have requested to join:
