Shaybek Karasartov is a prominent organizer of the advisory and extension system in the CAC region and best of all in Kirgizstan, a member of the Steering Committee of the GFAR, Central Asia and South Caucasus consortium Chairman of NGO's , CACAARI Steering Committee member.
