In accordance with the decision of the Meeting of the CACAARI Steering Committee on March 4, 2022, the new Charter of the CACAARI was approved in a new edition. The SASAARI Regional Center for Agricultural Extension Services will provide financial and administrative assistance to the CACAARI secretariat.

Academician Guram Nikolaevich Alexidze, President of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Georgia, Chairman of the Council of Agricultural Academies of Europe, will temporarily serve as President of the forum.

The Director of the center is simultaneously appointed by the Vice-President of the forum - a member of the Governing and Executive Committees of the CACAARI.
In connection with the appointment of Dr. Alisher Ashirovich Tashmatov as Director of the Regional Center for Agricultural Services, Vice President of the Forum, member of the Steering and Executive Committees of the CACAARI, Dr. Dosov Bоtir Gendjeevich, member of the Steering and Executive Committees of the CACAARI, was appointed to the position of Executive Secretary, Director of the CACAARI office.

CACAARI Vice President Dr. Alisher Tashmatov has been in charge of the CACAARI secretariat since October 2, 2010. Currently, she directs the Regional Center for Agricultural Extension Services and the Training Program for Women Farmers funded by the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan.

Dr. Batir Dosov has been working as a Technical Advisor to CACAARI since 2011.

From 2019 to the present, he is a member of the Board of the Global Forum on Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS); a member of the Working Group / Youth Innovations in Agribusiness; and from 2018 to the present - Deputy Chairman of the Network of Rural Advisory Services of the Asia–Pacific Region (APIRAS).
